A festive pilot drew out the shape of a Christmas tree on flight radar yesterday.
The pilot was reportedly testing a new Airbus A380 when he drew the tree, complete with baubles, over central Europe. According to reports, the Emirates plane took off from Hamburg’s Finkenwerder airport at 12.47pm local time before flying between Stuttgart in the south to Hamburg in the north. It landed at around 5.30pm after testing out a “traditional Christmas holding pattern over Denmark.”
