The world’s most connected airports have been revealed in OAG’s latest report – Megahubs 2024 – ranking the connectivity of the world’s leading international airport hubs.

The world’s most connected airports have been revealed in OAG’s latest report – Megahubs 2024 – ranking the connectivity of the world’s leading international airport hubs.

The unique rankings are generated by comparing the number of scheduled connections to and from international flights with the number of destinations served from the airport.

London Heathrow Airport (LHR) remains the world’s most internationally connected airport this year, in first place.

Kuala Lumpur (KUL) moves up to 2nd place this year, and is the most connected airport in Asia Pacific.

Tokyo Narita (NRT) enters the Top 50 Global Megahubs this year as the Japan inbound market has made a strong comeback.

While in North America, New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) leads U.S. airports ranking 6th in the Top 50 list.
