Eve Air Mobility and New Delhi-based private aircraft charter and fractional ownership company JetSetGo are to explore the use of Eve’s Vector software in India.

JetSetGo is now Eve’s second customer in India and 14th overall for its proprietary platform-agnostic urban air traffic management software. “With traffic congestion continuing to impact productivity in major cities, Urban Air Mobility has the potential to not only help address these issues but also connect regions outside of the city that do not have efficient access,” said Eve Air Mobility vice president of customer service Luiz Mauad. “Eve’s Urban ATM solution will play a critical role in helping to transport eVTOL passengers quickly and safely”.

Although the “number of different ways” the two companies will collaborate have not been defined, Eve notes that these will include “promoting Urban Air Mobility in India as JetSetGo explores new opportunities in urban air mobility”.

JetSetGo CEO and co-founder Kanika Tekriwal explained that technological solutions such as Eve’s Vector are “vital for tackling issues like traffic congestion, wasted hours, worsening air pollution, and the need for eco-friendly travel solutions”. Through the implementation of UAM in the country, “we aim to improve urban life and position India as a global leader I the future of aviation,” he concluded.
