Celestia UK unveils ‘first of its kind’ satellite gateway technology

Celestia UK has unveiled its compact electronic multibeam gateways and advanced Ka-band phased array antennas, designed to transform satellite communications, supporting multi-orbit constellations, Earth observation, telemetry, tracking & command (TT&C), and user terminals.
Following 18 months of testing, Celestia said its new gateway solution has demonstrated full functionality.
The system provides seamless connectivity to multiple satellites, offering 2.5 GHz instantaneous bandwidth in Ka-band and supporting both Left-Hand and Right-Hand polarisations with high EIRP and G/T.
With no moving parts, the gateway significantly reduces maintenance needs and downtime, while its compact design ensures quick and easy deployment, the company said.
