Let’s Get Granular! (February 2025 Airbus orders & deliveries)

February 2025 was another relatively quiet month for Airbus. It only received fourteen orders and delivered 40 new Airbus airliners. We detail who ordered what, and exactly which aircraft were delivered to customers over the month.

In February 2025, Airbus  delivered 40 new Airbus airliners and received orders for 14 new aircraft. Deliveries included 37 narrow bodied single aisle aircraft and three widebodies.

The narrow bodies  comprised four A220s, one A319neo aircraft, and twelve examples of the A320neo. The most popular type (in terms of deliveries) was again the A321neo, with 20 aircraft going to airline customers.

The A220 deliveries consisted of four A220-300s (to AirBaltic, Delta Air Lines, ITA Airways

and Smartwings), while the single A319neo went to Tibet Airlines.

Single A320neo aircraft were delivered to Aegean Airlines, British Airways, Colorful Guizhou Airlines, flynas, Hainan Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Swiss and Volaris, with four examples being delivered to Transavia France.

The eight single A321neo airliners delivered in February went to American Airlines, Asiana Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Icelandair, Jet2.com, Transavia and Volaris. Pairs of A321neo aircraft were delivered to Delta Air Lines, IndiGo and Spirit Airlines, while

China Eastern Airlines and Wizz Air each received three A321neos.

On the widebody front, Delta Air Lines and Malaysia Airlines each took a single A330-900, while one A350-900 was delivered to Air France

The announced orders in February included eight A321neos for an undisclosed customer.

Six A321neo aircraft were also ordered by Korean Air.
