De Havilland Aircraft of Canada has signed a new deal with the aim of improving its fuel management.

The agreement with Liquid Measurement Systems (LMS) will see the company supply advanced fuel management solutions, including next-generation fuel quantity measurement systems, for De Havilland Canada’s DHC-515 Firefighter aircraft.

The fuel management system includes lightweight and durable carbon composite fuel probes, signal conditioner units (SCUs) and aircraft external refuel preselect panels which provide a central hub for refuelling operations.

LMS president Scott Fewell said: “This partnership signifies a major milestone for LMS. We are committed to providing De Havilland and its customers with unparalleled on-time delivery and the highest quality assurance standards.”
