The Taiwan Tourism Administration (TTA) has been promoting the destination in Seattle in anticipation of the upcoming launch of 46 new flights from the city.

The flights will be provided by three separate airlines, with Delta launching its services on 7 June, followed by China Airlines on 14 June.

STARLUX Airlines will also begin flying between Seattle and Taipei once flights are launched on 16 August

This expanded network will provide American travellers with more options to visit Taiwan and more connectivity to other nearby Asian destinations.

And to ensure the new flights are well publicised, the TTA held a Taiwan Tourism Promotion Conference in Seattle in June.

Following the promotion in Seattle, the delegation headed to Los Angeles and San Francisco, holding more Taiwan tourism workshops.
