MySky, the leading spend management platform powering business aviation, is announcing the launch of its conditional AI-powered Smart Quoting engine, offering fleet-level insight and full automation to provide charter operators with new levels of efficiency.

Launching in time for the busy summer season, MySky’s auto-quote feature ensures operators can adapt to fluctuating demand seamlessly, optimising resources and maximising revenue potential.

The new Smart Quoting engine also includes a smart trip builder, which enables operators to maximize revenue at fleet level, while still gaining visibility on individual trip profitability prior to aircraft taking off.

Jean De Looz, Head of Americas, MySky, said: “MySky’s conditional Smart Quoting engine revolutionises the booking process. It delivers instantaneous, precise quotes, provides insight into overall fleet profitability, and boosts efficiency and accuracy by enabling employees to focus on driving sales, without the burden of manual quoting.

“MySky is committed to empowering users with the tools they need to thrive in a dynamic market, which is exactly what our conditional auto-quote feature achieves, allowing operators to meet fluctuating demand across the season.”

The Smart Quoting engine connects with multiple charter platforms automatically and extends MySky’s Quote solution, which launched in Europe in 2021 before being rolled out in the US the following year.
