Air India has chosen Collins Aerospace to supply a suite of avionics hardware for 140 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. The deal was announced at the 2024 Singapore Airshow.

The package includes communication, navigation, surveillance equipment and air data sensors.

Collins hardware for Air India MAX aircraft will include multi-mode receivers for satellite and ground-based navigation, radio altimeters and MultiScan ThreatTrack weather radar.
