Eve chooses eVTOL training provider

Eve Air Mobility has selected Embraer-CAE Training Services (ECTS), a collaboration between Embraer and CAE, as the official training provider for pilots, maintenance technicians, and ground support personnel for its electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
These training services will be offered under Eve’s newly launched Eve TechCare, a service suite designed to support eVTOL operations.
Established in 2007, the ECTS joint venture initially provided training for Embraer’s Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft.
Today, ECTS operates nine full-flight simulators worldwide, with additional simulators planned for 2025.
Recently, it introduced the first E2 full-flight simulator in Asia, further expanding its reach.

“As part of the long-term agreement, CAE will be responsible for producing all equipment and courseware for pilot, maintenance, and ground handling training for Eve Air Mobility. Eve holds letters of intent (LOIs) for 2,900 aircraft from 30 customers across 13 countries, representing a potential $14.5 billion in sales revenue.
