Saudia wins Cabin Crew of the year award at Aviation Business Middle East Awards

Cabin crew for Saudia Arabia’s flag-carrying airline, Saudia, have been named Cabin Crew of the year at the 2024 Aviation Business Middle East Awards. This year marks the 18th edition of the awards.

Cabin crew for Saudia Arabia’s flag-carrying airline, Saudia, have been named Cabin Crew of the year at the 2024 Aviation Business Middle East Awards. This year marks the 18th edition of the awards.

Rossen Dimitrov, chief guest experience officer at Saudia, underlined that the award is “testament to the passion, professionalism and commitment” of the Saudia team.

The airline’s crew were credited with consistently redefining global hospitality standards and showcasing exceptional Saudi talent.

“Saudia’s cabin crew exemplify the essence of Saudi hospitality, combining warmth and generosity. We are honoured to represent the Kingdom on the global stage and will continue striving to elevate the travel experience for our guests,” continued Dimitrov.

The award follows Saudia’s recent announcement the largest investment in its history to enhance and elevate the guest experience. Through the wider adoption of advanced technologies passengers will benefit from high-speed in-flight internet and upgraded seat-integrated screens. Additionally, the airline is undertaking an extensive fleet development and modernisation programme with 130 new aircraft expected to join the fleet in the near-term future.
