Philippine Airlines is to employ a basket of solutions from Collins Aerospace to improve communications and operational efficiency, and enhance passenger experience.
Under an agreement announced at the 2024 Singapore Airshow, Collins will implement its Hermes Messaging, OpsCore Flight Tracking and GlobalConnect services.
Clotilde Enel-Rehel, Collins’ executive director for connectivity and enablement solutions, said these solutions will enable Philippine Airlines to streamline communication among its crew, ground staff and other teams, monitor all aspects of its operations, and have access to real-time data to proactively identify and address issues to improve the passenger experience.
