Private aviation management company FlyHouse has completed its acquisition of private jet charter booking programme JetASAP.

JetASAP provides real-time access to a network of private jet operators, allowing customers to quickly book flights around the world.

FlyHouse CEO Jack E Lambert Jr said the acquisition will accelerate his company’s growth while providing booking opportunities via the app which he aims to simplify further.

He added as well as simplifying the booking system, the acquisition of JetASAP expands its network of private jet operators and introduces innovative features to the private jet charter industry.

The deal will also allow for more transparent pricing, real-time availability and streamlined booking procedures.
