Eve Air Mobility has unveiled its fully integrated aftermarket services portfolio, with Eve TechCare described as “a pioneer all-in-one suite of solutions designed to streamline eVTOL operations by providing the industry’s most comprehensive services, expert customer support, and cutting-edge operational solutions”.

With Eve expecting its aircraft to enter service in 2026, the aftermarket solution portfolio – described by Eve CEO Johann Bordais as offering customers “everything they need from the moment they receive their aircraft onwards” – aims to keep aircraft flying at a high availability rate. This includes round-the-clock access to a customer care centre, pilot and mechanic training, technical and operational publications, material and battery services, aircraft health monitoring, and MRO services. Customers can also tailor the level of support they wish to receive.

“Our portfolio is designed for operational efficiency and safety with a unique customer-centric approach,” confirmed Luiz Mauad, vice president of customer services at Eve. “We are excited about this new phase in customer services at Eve, which will allow us to discuss our service packages with our customers further and recommend the best solutions for their operation”.

Having assembled its first full-scale prototype, the Embraer spin-off continues to advance its ongoing testing operations. The manufacturer has letters of intent for nearly 2,900 aircraft from 30 customers in 13 countries, representing a potential $14.5 billion in revenue, and has secured 14 non-binding contacts for services and operations.
