TAP Air Portugal has resumed flights from Lisbon to Manaus, the capital of the Brazilian state of Amazonas.

Flight TP51 departed Lisbon at 10:35 a.m on Monday. and landed at Manaus’ Eduardo Gomes International Airport at 6:20 p.m. local time.

The route is served by TAP’s A321neo aircraft, accommodating 154 passengers, with 138 seats in economy and 16 in business. The journey to Manaus takes approximately 11 hours and 45 minutes, including a brief stopover in Belém.

The Lisbon-Manaus route will operate three times a week, with departures from Lisbon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:35 a.m., arriving in Manaus at 6:20 p.m.

Return flights from Manaus depart at 7:35 p.m., arriving back in Lisbon at 11:10 a.m. the following morning.

TAP Air Portugal is the airline that flies the most between Europe and Brazil, with almost 100 flights a week from 13 of Brazil’s capital cities.

TAP Air Portugal flies directly from Lisbon to São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belém, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Fortaleza, Natal, Maceió, Porto Alegre, Recife, Salvador, Florianópolis and Manaus, as well as connecting Porto to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. In total, there are 13 cities in Brazil (15 routes from Lisbon and Porto) that TAP connects directly to Portugal.
