Air Tahiti is enhancing its passenger experience with the introduction of its first-ever premium class and the latest Expliseat TiSeat 2 V Prime seat model.
Starting in November 2024, the airline will install the innovative seats across its fleet, promising greater comfort and a more ergonomic flight experience.
Features of the TiSeat 2 V Prime include dual-level foam, adjustable headrests, and a mobile device holder, ensuring passengers enjoy a more relaxed journey.
This upgrade also reflects Air Tahiti’s commitment to environmental sustainability, as the lightweight seats reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
With this move, Air Tahiti becomes the first airline in French Polynesia to offer such a premium service, the carrier said.
Founded in 2011, Expliseat is a French industrial SME specialising in the design and manufacturing of ultralight seats.
