Aer Lingus Manchester Airport to Barbados Inaugural Flight

Aer Lingus has announced extra flights from the UK and Ireland to the United States and the Caribbean with extended seasons on two of its most popular transatlantic routes.

The extra flights from Manchester to Barbados, and Dublin to Hartford, Connecticut come in response to increased customer demand.

Customers in the North of England can now book on the three-times-weekly service to the Caribbean for an extra month.

Direct flights from the airline’s Manchester base have been extended from April to 31 May 2024.

Following the successful relaunch of the Connecticut service in March, Aer Lingus has also extended direct flights between Dublin and Hartford into the winter season.

The airline will offer three direct flights per week between 29 October 2023 and 5 January 2024 – instead of the previous end date of 28 October 2023.

Hartford flights will then restart earlier than planned on 13 March 2024, with the airline operating a three-times weekly schedule until 30 March, when daily flights will resume until 26 October 2024.

Thanks to the convenience of US Customs and Immigration pre-clearance at Dublin, customers can arrive in the US as a domestic passenger.
