Spirit Airlines has published its first Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) Impact Report, highlighting the carrier’s efforts, opportunities and accomplishments of 2022.

It celebrates the DEI&B initiatives that have led to six pioneering Spirit Resource Groups, and an activation plan to create pathways for purposeful change.

“Our vision is to create a workplace where all Team Members are accepted, respected and empowered to make a lasting impact,” said Linde Grindle, Chief Human Resources Officer at Spirit Airlines.

“From diversity in our talent acquisition and business partner selections to building resource groups that give our Spirit Family a chance to come together to share ideas, DEI&B efforts are at the heart of everything we do.”

Donating to 49 DEI&B –focused nonprofits that serve underrepresented communities through the Spirit Charitable Foundation
