RECARO chosen by IndiGo for A321neo business class cabins
RECARO Aircraft Seating has been chosen by IndiGo to equip the business class cabins of their A321neo aircraft with the R5 seats.
A total of 45 Shipsets have been ordered to meet this upgrade, with each A321neo aircraft featuring 12 business class seats and 208 economy class seats.
The aircraft also features the RECARO R2 in economy class.
Aircraft deliveries are scheduled to begin in Q4 2024, and all business class installations are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Founded in 2006, IndiGo services more than 110 domestic and international destinations with 2,000 flights per day. As India’s largest and fastest-growing carrier, IndiGo transported more than 100 million passengers in 2023.
