The first reactivated Lufthansa Airbus A380 has arrived for a C-check at Lufthansa Technik Philippines.
The company’s maintenance centre for the world’s largest passenger aircraft welcomed D-AIMK on Sunday ahead of its return to service later this year.
The C-check involves a thorough inspection of a majority of an aircraft’s parts lasting between one and two weeks.
Lufthansa Technik tweeted: “Welcome to Manila, “Mike Kilo”! We #keepyouflying, A380!”
