FL Technics Indonesia has secured an expanded approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) to operate its enhanced maintenance facilities in Jakarta and Bali.

This includes providing maintenance services for Airbus A321, Boeing 737-800, and 737-400 aircraft.

The new 14,013 m² hangar at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, completed this summer, offers comprehensive heavy maintenance services, training, and logistics support.

Additionally, FL Technics’ Bali facility at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport has expanded, increasing its capacity to six maintenance bays.

“Securing CAAM approval is a significant achievement and validates our ability to maintain the highest regulatory standards in aviation safety,” said Martynas Grigas, Director of FL Technics Indonesia.

“With this certification, we are ready to welcome new clients from Malaysia and look forward to supporting their maintenance needs as we continue to expand our capabilities for the growing Asia-Pacific market.”

“This approval will allow our expanded facilities to serve as a solution for the region’s airlines, especially as Indonesia itself could see an additional 268 million passenger journeys according to historical IATA forecasts,” Grigas added.
