Bristol Airport is seeking to find a supplier for the provision of labour support services, with the purpose of delivering long term staffing solutions for the Airport.

The airport said the supplier would be responsible for providing temporary workers across their operation to support key areas, with a managed provision provided in silver zone.

The supplier is required to provide resources to cover the following roles:

  • Ground Transportation
  • Silver Zone Welcome Host
    Valet Parkers
    Key Room assistants
    Mobile Responders
    Customer Services Roles across the airport operations

Bristol Airport said it is inviting expressions of interests from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process for the provision of the above services at the airport.

The procurement will run to the following timetable with suitable suppliers being able to express an interest and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) through its e-tendering system In-Tend by Tuesday 30th Jan 2024.

Successful organisations at the Pre-Qualification (PQQ) stage will be invited to tender.

The anticipated timescales for this procurement are as follows: –

Expressions of interest/PQQs Deadline – 30th Jan 2024

PQQ Shortlisted – 5th Feb 2024

Invitation to Tenders issued to Shortlist – 6th Feb 2024

Tender Deadline – 5th Mar 2024

Evaluation Period (including interviews if required) – 5th Mar 2024 to 10th April 2024

Intention to Award – 1st June 2024

Award – August 2024

Contract Start – 1st Nov 2024

Contract Term – three years with the option to extend for up to a period of five years
