Cirex discusses new developments, looks towards future growth
Cirex, an investment casting company part of Signicast, is at the 2024 Farnborough International Airshow (FIA), hoping to build their portfolio and connect with new customers. They have four plants in Europe and three in the US.
Cirex specialises in high precision and highly technical casting across a variety of industries, including aerospace. Products include fuel pumps, joysticks, loading systems, and taps/flaps. Clients include Rolls Royce and Airbus.
The recent acquisition of a titanium plant in California underscores the desire to grow their abilities. “We want to be a top of the art casting provider, but in all of the range of materials,” said Rémi Adisson, sales manager France at Cirex. “We already have steel, super alloys, and alumnimium, so the logical next step is titanium.”
Looking forward to the next FIA, Adisson hopes for growth: “I hope that in two years I will be very proud to say that all the prospects I made during this relay become customers.”
Marc Riquelme, president of CIREX and Signicast, added: “By using our unique capabilities we’re pushing the boundaries of investment casting to empower the next generation of lighter, stronger, and more sustainable aerospace designs.”
