Farnborough Airshow this year hosted its first ever airline chiefs’ conference on the disruptive trends set to impact the airline industry over the next decade, from the threat from long-haul low-cost carriers to new technology and models.
The CEOs also debated how to achieve a greater gender balance in the airline industry.

The panel was chaired by Alan Peaford, Editor-in-Chief, FINN, and Max Kingsley-Jones, Executive Director, Content, FlightGlobal.
