Yan Noblot leads Trescal’s global digital, data, technology, and cybersecurity strategy across its international operations. He focuses on the modernization of enterprise platforms, strengthening cyber resilience, and drives the technology and AI-led initiatives that support operational performance and scalable growth.

Before joining Trescal, Yan served as Group Chief Technology Officer at Webhelp, a leading global business process outsourcing company. He led the company’s global technology strategy and oversaw large-scale operational platforms. Throughout a career spanning more than 20 years, Yan has led transformation programmes across cloud infrastructure, information security, and operational technology in multinational environments.

Earlier in his career at Atos, Yan led the delivery and security of critical IT systems supporting multiple Olympic Games, ensuring reliable technology operations on a global stage.
