Tom Gentile is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Hexcel Corporation, a global leader in advanced composites solutions for the aerospace and defence industry as well as select industrial markets. He joined Hexcel in May 2024. Prior to Hexcel, he served as President and CEO of Spirit AeroSystems and held senior leadership roles at GE, including President and COO of GE Capital and CEO of GE Healthcare Systems and GE Aviation Services. Earlier in his career, he worked with McKinsey & Company, CBS and General Motors. Gentile serves on multiple industry and civic boards, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and is an active leader in the aerospace community.
