Simon Joll MA MSc is an experienced defence leader and consultant with deep expertise in strategy, transformation, logistics and operational support across the UK Ministry of Defence and wider defence sector. He has held senior roles in UK MoD Cyber and Specialist Operations Command (CSOC), Defence Head Office and deployed multinational environments, working with allies, government stakeholders and industry partners to deliver complex change and improve operational effectiveness. Simon now supports organisations through consultancy and advisory work, bringing practical defence experience, strategic insight and a strong understanding of how to deliver outcomes in complex stakeholder environments.
