Shane is Director of Strategical, a specialist UK defence advisory firm. He founded the firm after leading major defence programme wins – previously as Head of Strategy at Babcock International, and earlier as Future Markets Lead at BAE Systems. Through Strategical’s Ecosystem Development practice, Shane works where industrial capability, land and infrastructure, and capital meet genuine UK defence requirements – bringing together defence firms, private equity and institutional investors, landowners and developers, and local authorities to turn emerging requirements into deliverable sites and investable opportunities. He is a Cambridge graduate with an MOD-sponsored MBA.
