Raquel leads Quality and CORE, RTX Operating System, which is foundational to driving progress toward our goals and delivering high-quality and dependable products and solutions to our customers across RTX. This includes harmonizing our Quality Management Systems, improving collaborative supplier quality efforts, advancing RTX CORE operating system, and developing innovative tools and standard processes that effectively leverage our scale as a competitive advantage and enable us to deliver to the highest quality standards.

Raquel has more than 30 years of leadership experience with Pratt & Whitney and RTX, serving in senior roles across Operations, Quality, and Commercial Engines.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. She has also completed executive education programs at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the United States Military Academy at West Point, focused on executive leadership.
