Olivia serves as Legal Counsel for Defence at Rolls-Royce, leading legal support for the company’s defence business across the UK, Europe and Rest of World. She advises on some of the sector’s mostcomplex and strategically significant programmes across aerospace, naval and submarines, providing counsel on international partnerships, government contracts, regulatory compliance, and commercial strategy in highly regulated and politically challenging environments. Olivia is particularly interested in the legal and policy frameworks that enable innovation, international cooperation, and long-term resilience across the sector.
