Maria joined Rolls-Royce in April 2026 as Director – Commercial Aviation Aftermarket Operations, leading the global MRO network, customer support, engine health monitoring, service support centre, and On Wing Services operations. A member of the Civil Aerospace Leadership Team, she brings extensive experience from GE and United Airlines, where she led global operations, supply chains, and MRO organisations managing $9B+ budgets and teams exceeding 15,000 people. With a background spanning finance, Six Sigma, operational transformation, and board leadership, Maria is known for delivering large-scale productivity, growth, and performance improvements. A passionate marathon runner, she combines resilience, discipline, and purpose-driven leadership to build inclusive, sustainable, high-impact organisations worldwide.
