Thad Bibb is a Vice President at Radia and a retired U.S. Air Force Major General with more than 33 years of service, recognized for his leadership in global air mobility operations. With more than 5,000 flight hours as a command pilot, Bibb has managed global aviation and logistics operations at scale, leading 36,000 Airmen and directing fleets of 1,100 aircraft throughout his career. He also held senior leadership roles overseeing strategy, acquisition, and sustainment across major aerospace programs. At Radia, Bibb supports the development of WindRunnerâ„¢, a next-generation aircraft designed to unlock new capabilities for outsized cargo transport. His work focuses on strengthening logistics networks and expanding access for both commercial and national security applications. He holds degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Air Force Institute of Technology and is an Ancien of the NATO Defense College.
