Ken Biberaj is an Executive Managing Director in the Savills Washington, DC market, where he specializes in real estate portfolio advisory and site selection services for clients. Prior to joining Savills, Ken spent 12 years with Morgan Barrington Associates of New York, his family’s real estate company, where he eventually became a vice president. After running for New York City Council in 2013, Ken went on to serving for four years as the Chairman of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Upon returning to the DC region in 2017, Ken started a thought leadership, Coffee with Ken, where he interviews business, governmental and non-profit leaders. Past conversations include multiple Governors, Mayors, the CEO of the US Chamber of Commerce, CEO of the New York Stock Exchange, the Secretary of the Navy and countless others.
