Giles Hartwright is an Associate Partner in IBM Consulting leading growth across the UK Defence sector. He works with the Ministry of Defence and defence industry to deliver large-scale digital and supply chain transformation programmes that improve operational effectiveness, resilience and productivity.

Before joining IBM, Giles served in senior technology leadership roles in UK Government, including as UK Government Chief Technology Officer, where he led major cross-government digital and data initiatives. Giles is also Chair of the techUK Central Government Council, where he works with industry and government leaders to shape the future of digital transformation across the public sector.
