Andy Sage is Director of Safety Transformation at NATS, leading the safe integration of new aircraft and Future Flight technologies into UK airspace. His responsibilities span airspace, operations, technology and safety, helping prepare the UK’s air traffic system for the next generation of aviation. In 2026, Andy was appointed industry co-chair of the UK Government’s Future Flight Industry Group, working alongside the Aviation Minister to support the development of advanced air mobility.
