Adam Rogowski is General Counsel and a member of AALTO’s executive leadership team. AALTO develops the Zephyr stratocraft, a high-altitude platform system (HAPS) providing persistent stratospheric connectivity and Earth observation capabilities. He has been closely involved with the programme since 2021 and led the legal work associated with AALTO’s spinout from Airbus in 2022. Since then, Adam has established AALTO’s legal, compliance and governance framework, supporting commercial contracting, supply chain procurement and strategic partnerships as the company scales. Before joining Airbus in 2019, he was in private practice as a senior lawyer in top tier global law firms.
