Cyril was appointed Global Head of Sustainability Services and Corporate Responsibility in 2023, overseeing the integration of sustainability across Capgemini’s client services, the Group’s sustainability agenda, and CSR initiatives. He also leads the Sustainability Accelerator and, since 2026, the Intelligent Industry and Defense Accelerators. A member of the Group Executive Board since 2018, Cyril has held multiple leadership roles since joining Capgemini in 2002. He previously served as CEO of Capgemini Invent, leading digital innovation, consulting, and transformation. Earlier roles include Head of Capgemini Consulting and leadership of Digital Services. Cyril is a member of the German Marshall Fund Fellowship and a former member of the French Digital Council. He began his career at Bossard Consultants and is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
